By accessing the vaibaji platform or beginning to use any of its services, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms & conditions. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on vaibaji, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information at registration; if an account is opened with false information, we reserve the right to close it at any time. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Allowing someone else to use your account or conducting betting on behalf of a third party will be considered a violation of these terms & conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (BDT / ৳) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds must be sent through valid payment methods only; transactions using third-party cards or accounts are not permitted. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after verification is complete; however, additional verification may cause some delays. vaibaji reserves the right to investigate accounts in cases of suspicious or unusual transactions. If money laundering or any form of financial fraud is proven, the account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting odds, payouts, and rules displayed on the platform are subject to change, and the final decision is always at vaibaji's sole discretion. It is the user's responsibility to read the applicable rules and conditions carefully before placing any bet. We reserve the right to void bets that were mistakenly accepted due to technical errors or system failures. Any winnings obtained through fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities will be voided and the associated account will be banned. Limitation of Liability

The vaibaji platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not responsible for temporary disruptions due to technical reasons. If any bet or transaction fails due to internet disconnection, device malfunction, or external causes, the user bears that responsibility.
